Terms & Conditions

1. General

1.1

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all quotations, orders, and transactions between BOBGIFT ("the Company") and the customer ("the Client").

1.2

By placing an order with BOBGIFT, the Client agrees to these Terms, which form the entire agreement between both parties unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.3

Any amendments to these Terms must be confirmed in writing by both parties.

2. Quotations & Pricing

2.1

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

2.2

Prices are based on the product specifications, quantity, artwork, packaging, and shipping requirements provided at the time of quotation.

2.3

Prices may be adjusted if raw material costs, exchange rates, freight charges, tariffs, or other factors beyond our reasonable control change before order confirmation.

2.4

Any changes requested after quotation or order confirmation may result in additional charges.

3. Orders

An order is considered confirmed only after:

4. Payment Terms

BOBGIFT accepts payment via:

For customized products, a deposit may be required before production begins unless otherwise agreed.

The balance payment must be completed before shipment unless credit terms have been approved.

5. Artwork Approval

5.1

The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork before production.

5.2

Production will begin only after written artwork approval has been received.

BOBGIFT cannot accept responsibility for spelling mistakes, incorrect information, or design errors approved by the Client.

6. Product Specifications

6.1

All promotional products are custom manufactured. Minor variations in size, color, material, or finish may occur due to manufacturing processes.

6.2

Product photographs displayed on our website are for reference only.

6.3

BOBGIFT reserves the right to improve product design or manufacturing processes without affecting product quality.

7. Production & Delivery

7.1

Production lead times begin after artwork approval and receipt of the required payment.

7.2

Estimated production and shipping times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

7.3

BOBGIFT will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed delivery schedules.

7.4

Express production and expedited shipping may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

8. Shipping & Customs

8.1

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.

8.2

Unless otherwise agreed, these charges are the responsibility of the importer or consignee.

8.3

BOBGIFT will provide all necessary shipping documents and reasonable assistance with customs clearance where applicable.

9. Inspection & Claims

9.1

Clients should inspect all products immediately upon receipt.

9.2

Any claims regarding shortages, damage, or manufacturing defects must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.

9.3

Where a valid claim is confirmed, BOBGIFT will provide repair, replacement, or an appropriate solution after investigation.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1

The Client confirms that all logos, trademarks, artwork, and designs supplied for production are legally owned or authorized for use.

10.2

BOBGIFT assumes no liability for intellectual property infringement arising from customer-provided artwork.

11. Quality & Color

11.1

Due to differences in materials, production methods, monitors, and printing technologies, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

11.2

BOBGIFT will make every effort to match approved artwork and color references as closely as possible.

12. Force Majeure

BOBGIFT shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOBGIFT's total liability shall not exceed the total value of the relevant order.

BOBGIFT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its products.

14. Privacy

BOBGIFT respects customer privacy and handles personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Customer information will never be sold or disclosed for marketing purposes without consent.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws agreed between both parties.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute may be submitted to the appropriate court or arbitration institution mutually agreed upon by both parties.

OEM & Custom Manufacturing

BOBGIFT specializes in custom-made promotional products. Unless otherwise stated, all products are manufactured according to the Client's approved specifications. Due to the customized nature of our products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless the products have verified manufacturing defects or do not conform to the approved order specifications.
